About the role

You’ll work closely with internal and contract resources as well as client teams to coordinate the planning and execution of cross-channel performance marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Be a key driver of project planning and budgeting in partnership with internal and client teams
• Be prepared and manage multiple cross-disciplinary scopes of work through the agency at one time
• Build out detailed project schedules including internal and client meetings, outlining weekly tasks each team member is responsible for , and update them weekly
• Coordinate with client and internal teams to schedule all necessary reviews, discussions, meetings, etc, well in advance
• Oversee various production stages, including any vendor relationships, managing to a predetermined production budget
• Day-to-day planning, coordination, and management of cross channel marketing campaigns
• Reporting and client communications
• Responsible for learning all relevant tools for reporting
